Sargent Green Juniper is a creeping coniferous shrub with sprawling branches and erect stems that makes an excellent ground cover. The aromatic soft green foliage emerges needle-like and matures to scales. Pollinated females produce blue berries. Best planted in full sun and well-drained soils. Drought Tolerant once established. Sargent's has good resistance to juniper blight.
