Burgundy Lowbush Blueberry is a dwarf native semi-evergreen shrub with stiff branching known more for its fall color than its edible berries.  Its small gray-green both emerges as, and returns to in fall, an attractive red burgundy.  Clusters of elongated white flowers bloom in late spring before giving way to the sweet deep blue berries that ripen by mid summer.  Grows best with full sun and rich, moist acidic well-drained soils.
