Pinball Wizard Ornamental Onion is a clumping herbaceous perennial with thin strap-like green foliage. Sturdy upright stems sport densely packed global clusters of tiny fragrant silvery lavender flowers from early to mid summer. Grows best with light afternoon shade in the South and dry to medium well-drained soils. When crushed the foliage smells like onion.
