Sapphire Surf Bluebeard is a compact deciduous shrub that forms a mound of light gray green aromatic foliage. Profuse clusters of fragrant bright blue flowers bloom throughout summer. Flowers best in full sun and loamy well-drained soils. Tolerates drought and heat.
