Tumaini Clematis is a dwarf reblooming deciduous perennial vine that can be used for climbing or a groundcover with green pointed foliage. Abundant large 5" soft violet flowers with dark pink bars bloom first in late spring to mid summer and again in late summer. Grows best with partial sun on the roots and full sun on the vines, moist well-drained soils. Needs support to climb. Guernsey Flute gets is name from its characteristic of holding just open buds, that resemble champagne flutes, for longer.
