Like its Coral cousin, the Mandarin Hummingbird Mint is a perennial plant that blooms from early summer until the first frost. It's characterized by its bright orange flowers and aromatic foliage. This plant thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, and it's also drought-tolerant.

The Mandarin Hummingbird Mint is a favorite among hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees, thanks to its vibrant flowers and sweet nectar. It's a wonderful addition to any pollinator garden or any garden where you'd like to attract these beautiful creatures.

Remember to give your Hummingbird Mint plenty of space to grow, as it can reach up to 24 inches in height and spread up to 18 inches wide. Regular deadheading will also encourage more blooms.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance.  Crown and root rot may occur in poorly drained soils.  No serious pests or disease issues but watch for powdery mildew, wilt, and rust.
